An Oregon man has been charged with a string of child pornography and personal privacy violations after allegedly stealing female undergarments and recording people in bathrooms. A grand jury in Washington County, Oregon indicted Leighton Tilford Olson, 37, on 14 felony charges, including four counts apiece of encouraging child sex abuse and using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct.
